3) $6,000 if everything is paid from proceeds of sale.

 

You have chosen option #3 $6,000.00 payable from proceeds of sale.

Remember you could save a lot of money if you chose to pay the $1,100.00 by cheque or Credit Card now, instead of $6,000.00 later.
